KINRAR is a genre-fluid multi instrumentalist composer and producer working in Manchester UK. His work fuses progressive electronic and ambient instrumentation, taking inspiration from folk and folktronica, rock, jazz, world music and experimental genres. First single, the instrumental Salisbury Jam is lucid and ethereal with punchy, bright and kaleidoscopic movements. Based on his recent explorations into the seasons and changes in nature, KINRAR is also developing accompanying visual work in photography, light and video. Recent work includes audio installation commissions for A Modest Show at PAPER Gallery and composition and live performances for Manchester Jazz Festival 2022. He also performs guitar live with electronic outfit Dirty Freud, most recently Bluedot Festival, Lancaster Jazz Festival and New Colossus NYC.
